What does a connector cost?

€199, once. That includes the connector code (perpetual, yours forever), dated CSV snapshots that stack into your own local history on your own disk, Toqool Local, the dashboard on toqool.com that reads those files in your browser, and your first 12 months of Toqool Keeper. No other charges: no per-use fees, no seats, no metering.

What does the Keeper cost after the first year?

€49 a year for your first connector, €29 a year for each additional one, capped at €149 a year no matter how many you own. Billed once a year, never monthly, and before each renewal you get a receipt showing everything that shipped to you that year: updates, migrations, new reports, alerts. Stay active and your price stays locked. It's a membership that keeps your software alive, not rent on your software.

What if I cancel the Keeper and come back later?

Leaving is free and takes nothing away: the code, every version you received, your CSV history and your reports stay yours forever. Returning costs the normal €49, with one rule: new versions unlock 30 days after you return. Need the current version the same day, say because the platform just changed? Priority reinstatement is €149. That rule keeps it fair: members who stay never subsidize whoever only shows up when something breaks.

Do I ever NEED a subscription?

No, and that's the point. Everything you buy keeps working without any subscription, forever, against the API version it shipped for. The Keeper only matters because platforms move; skip it and nothing is taken away from you: your connector simply isn't guaranteed-current anymore, and you can return whenever you want.

Is it really mine, like, legally?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You buy a perpetual license with a one-time payment: the code lives on your machine, keeps working forever without any subscription, and nothing we do can switch it off. No SaaS can say that. It's yours to use for as long as you like.
