By using Toqool, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

2. Products

Toqool sells digital products in the form of AI Skills — structured prompts and workflows delivered by email after purchase. Single skills and bundles are sold via Shopify checkout.

3. Refunds

Because Toqool products are digital and delivered immediately, all sales are generally final. If you have a problem with a product, contact us within 14 days and we will work to resolve it.

4. License

You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use Toqool skills. You may use them for your own work or your clients' work, but you may not resell, sublicense or republish the skill content itself.

5. Liability

Toqool products are provided as-is. We make no guarantees about specific results. You are responsible for reviewing AI output before publishing, sending or otherwise acting on it.

6. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the bottom shows when they were last updated.
