One run exports your whole Moneybird administration into clean, dated CSVs: contacts, sales invoices, purchase invoices, receipts, quotes, bank mutations per year, time entries, your full chart of accounts, and eight ready-made reports including profit and loss, balance sheet, cash flow and debtor aging. The push tool sends reviewed changes back one at a time, creating draft invoices, registering payments, linking bank mutations, always behind a plan and a typed YES, on a separate write token, with receipts. Irreversible actions like sending an invoice are warned in the plan itself.

How safe editing works. Pulling can never change anything: that is enforced in the code, not just promised. Changing something is a two-step ritual: the tool first shows an old-to-new plan of exactly what would change, does nothing until you type YES at your own keyboard, and writes a receipt with the old values so a change can be reverted.
Everything arrives as clean, dated CSV files: open them in Excel, feed them to your own tools, or read them in Toqool Local.
